Who Is the Biggest Criminal?

Liberty Cares Ranks Russia's Presidential Candidates

On March 4, the Russian bear is expected to vote for its sixth presidential election since 1991 (zeroth democratic since the end of the Soviet Union). The clear winner will be former President and current Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, who has managed to keep a firm hand on the Federation since the end of Boris Yeltsin's rule in the late 1990s. It is hard not to see that these elections will be nothing more than a staged return of Vladimir Putin to power - even though he never actually left it.
